Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions on construction sites, including petty cash management and TDS compliance.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports to track project progress, costs, and revenues.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in ledgers and maintain a high level of accuracy in bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in site accounting or construction accounting.
- Solid knowledge of GST (Goods & Services Tax) laws, TDS and regulations.
- Proficiency in preparing MIS reports using various software tools such as Excel or ERP systems.
