- Business excellence manual preparation.

Operational

- Material testing at project site
- Process checking of construction activities
- Ensuring Implementation of learnings of new technologies on site

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification & Experience : BE Civil with 5 to 10 years experience
- Should have positive written & verbal communication skill
- Should have real estate experience (residential project)
- Should have worked on/ completed at least one residential project end to end
- Should have hands on experience on Finishing (tiling, flooring, painting, fall ceiling external/internal finishing etc.)
- Should have crisp, clear, accurate knowledge about the Design Mix, Material Testing Tools & Techniques, QAQC SOPs, Documentations, MIS/Reports, Audits (Internal+ External+ TPQA), Method Statements
