Role Summary

The Junior Site Engineer is the primary company representative on project sites. You will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end door installation cyclesfrom initial site measurement and material verification to final client handover.

Because our projects are located *nationwide, candidates **must be fully flexible and ready to travel extensively across India* for varying durations based on project requirements. Operating out of our Madhapur head office when local, you will coordinate labour, ensure strict quality compliance, and maintain seamless communication with clients, builders, and head office management.

Role & responsibilities

A. Pan-India Site Execution & Mobility

* Travel extensively to project sites across India on short-to-medium-term deployments to oversee installation work.

* Independently manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects stay strictly on schedule and adhere to safety standards.

B. Measurements & Technical Verification

* Take, record, and cross-verify precise site dimensions and structural openings against manufactured order specifications prior to installation dispatch.

* Review architectural and shop drawings to identify discrepancies early and avoid site bottlenecks.

C. Labour & Resource Management

* Supervise, direct, and monitor installation teams, sub-contractors, and local labour on site.

* Coordinate material deliveries, hardware staging, and tool availability to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

D. Quality Assurance & Snag Resolution

* Ensure doors, frames, architraves, and ironmongery (hardware)



are installed with precise alignment, secure fixing, and flawless finish.

* Inspect completed work proactively, address site snags immediately, and lead final client walkthroughs to secure formal sign-offs.

E. Reporting & Documentation

* Submit structured daily progress reports (DPRs), material requirement trackers, and site updates via WhatsApp and Excel to the Madhapur head office.

* Maintain organized physical and digital records of measurement sheets, delivery challans, and client handover certificates.

Preferred candidate profile

*Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

*Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on site execution experience. Experience specifically in doors, windows, modular interiors, or interior fit-outs will be strongly preferred.

* Travel Readiness: Mandatory willingness and flexibility to travel pan-India* for outstation project execution.

* Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and installation drawings.

* Flawless tape measurement skills.

* Basic computer literacy (Excel) and comfort using WhatsApp for daily corporate reporting.

*Communication Skills: Professional fluency in Telugu and working proficiency in Hindi and English for interacting with pan-India labour and clients.

*Personal Attributes: Strong in office leadership, problem-solving mindset, high accountability, and ability to handle pressure in fast-paced construction environments. (Owning a two-wheeler is an advantage for local Hyderabad coordination).
