Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender evaluations for interior works projects.

- Conduct rate analysis and quantity estimation to determine project costs.

- Manage subcontractor billing processes and ensure timely payments.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the procurement process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in procurement engineering or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, Bidding, Costing & Budgeting, Quantity Estimation, Sub Contractor Billing, Tender Evaluation, Interior Execution, Interior Works.

- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
