Job Description Sr. Executive HR & Recruitment

Industry: Manufacturing / Steel

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent

Loction: - Wazirpur Indistrail Area, Current Delhi

Experience: 5 - 10 years in HR & Recruitment, with hands-on experience in international recruitment, especially African countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for India and international locations.
- Handle recruitment for Ghana , Sudan and other African countries.
- Source candidates for technical, engineering, production, sales, and management positions.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Coordinate documentation, mobilization, and relocation for international hires.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, pipelines, and hiring reports.
