Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facility Executive Soft Services to manage day-to-day soft services operations at our facility in T Nagar, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily housekeeping and soft services operations at the assigned facility.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment, shift rosters and attendance.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure proper work allocation.
- Monitor cleaning standards, hygiene, grooming and overall facility upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
- Handle client coordination and address day-to-day operational concerns.
- Monitor consumables, cleaning materials, equipment and inventory.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety standards and quality procedures.
- Conduct team briefings, toolbox talks and on-the-job training.
- Track attendance, absenteeism, leave and manpower requirements.




- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and maintain required documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams whenever required.
- Handle complaints/grievances and ensure timely closure.
- Support audits, inspections and other facility-related activities.

Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Facility Management / Soft Services / Housekeeping Operations.
- Experience in handling housekeeping manpower and client-facing operations.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping processes, cleaning standards and facility operations.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Candidates with experience in corporate offices, commercial facilities, IT parks, malls or similar environments will be preferred.
