- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our education counseling services.
- Identify potential clients' needs and provide solutions through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to improve calling strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field (education counseling preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech Computers or equivalent).
- Excellent English speaking skills with positive voice quality; ability to work independently from home office setup.
