Role & responsibilities

- Production planning and inventory control (PPIC) (supply chain)
- Monitor stock levels of Country stock Vs their monthly sales considering seasonal sales spikes.
- Maintain optimum FG inventory at Country warehouse to ensure uninterrupted sales .
- Maintaining & monitoring inventory of RM/PM & finish Valuable as per demand & sales forecasting.
- The closely monitoring critical product dispatches to avoid delay & sales loss
- Controlling slow-moving, non-moving & obsolete inventory
- Reviews monthly and yearly projection versus actual production, value and quantity-wise
- Co-ordinate with R & D, DRA, license, packaging, commercial, domestic & export marketing teams
- Monitoring full Day wise production schedule & FG dispatches; monthly review OTIF (On Time In full)
- Coordination with Manufacturing plants for day wise scheduling, RM and PM availability and timely production + Dispatches.
- Harmonization of raw and packing material, it helps to reduce inventory, better consumption, improve production & quality control works.
- Periodical and regular visits to manufacturing plants for effective coordination with plant CFTs
