- Make outbound calls to students, parents, and educational institutions for admission counseling and career guidance.
- Handle inquiries related to courses offered by the institution.
- Provide information on course details, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Schedule appointments with interested candidates for further discussion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role (educational sales/admissions).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech Computers).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and internet research tools.
