Job Profile Manager / Senior Manager Logistics

Qualification: Graduate with a postgraduate qualification in Logistics

Exclusive experience in export logistics only

Candidates must be from OEM, FMCG, or similar industries only

Candidates from shipping lines or freight forwarding companies are not required

Minimum Experience: 12–15 years

CTC: 15 to 18 LPA

Job Description:

1. Coordinate with the factory team on material readiness and shipment planning

2. Engage with shipping lines for vessel planning and freight negotiations

3. Coordinate and facilitate third-party inspections in accordance with customer, statutory, and shipment requirements

4. Maintain sound knowledge of destination-country import regulations, compliance requirements, and documentation procedures

Ensure complete execution of shipments

6. Coordinate with CHAs, transporters, and freight forwarders for shipment planning, bills of lading, and shipping bills

7. Prepare MIS reports for orders and shipment planning

8. Manage preferential certificates under FTAs

9. Process local charge payments to vendors, including FOB shipments, and ensure timely issuance of bills of lading

10. Follow up with the documentation team for timely submission of post-shipment documents

11. Demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills
