Position: Blue-Collar Recruitment Officer - Housekeeping

Location: Mumbai - All Locations

Experience: 2-5 Years in Blue-Collar Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
- Source housekeeping staff across Mumbai through local sourcing, references, contractors, consultants, and recruitment drives
- Travel extensively across Mumbai for field recruitment and manpower sourcing
- Develop and maintain a strong network of local manpower sources
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, documentation, and joining
- Ensure timely fulfilment of site-wise manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily/weekly updates
- Coordinate with Operations teams for urgent and bulk manpower requirements




- Follow up with current joiners to improve joining conversion and retention

Requirements:
- Prior experience in blue-collar/housekeeping recruitment is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Mumbai and surrounding areas
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong communication, follow-up, and networking skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable handling bulk recruitment
