About the role

The incumbent would be responsible for assessing training needs, developing engaging content, and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance and operational excellence. This includes training both hotel staff and managers, enabling them to drive quality audits and foster a culture of continuous improvement across properties. The incumbent should be adept at delivering and managing training programs across multiple locations and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving continuous improvement in training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery:

Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on topics provided by the central team, utilizing materials such as PowerPoint Presentations and Videos

Deliver specialized training to hotel managers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to lead quality audits, identify improvement areas, and maintain operational standards

Utilize Train the Trainer (TTT) certification and prior experience in hotels to deliver engaging and effective training sessions

Utilize a range of training methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure maximum retention of information

- Quality Audit & Adoption:

Support hotel managers in implementing quality audit protocols and best practices across their properties





Drive adoption of quality standards by providing coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to ensure consistent execution

Monitor audit outcomes and identify opportunities for refinement and manager capability building

- Collaboration:

Work closely with the central team and ensure alignment with training objectives

Provide feedback to the central team on the effectiveness of training materials, manager readiness levels, and audit adoption challenges

Suggest improvements based on field observations and audit performance data

What are we looking for?

- Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel industry

Graduation from a Hotel Management school or College

Train the Trainer (TTT) certified

Proven experience working with or training hotel managers

Passion for training and making a difference in the hotel industry

Good command on local language
