Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Senior QA Engineer (Hybrid Tester) with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-focused feedback.
- Continuously improve QA processes, test coverage, and automation adoption.
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools and practices wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality releases.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.




- Solid experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong defect management and test execution skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled testing tools and practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of performance, security, or exploratory testing.
- Experience in cloud-based testing environments.
