Anchor a squad building billing, activation, CRM and marketplace services: service design, code that moves money, mentoring L1 developers, production ownership.

Preferred candidate profile

Sr. Java developer engineer who owns services end-to-end in production (5-7 years): designed from a blank page, ran it live, carried the pager

Mandatory do not submit without these

- Java 11+ (17/21 preferred) with Spring Boot in production — several years, not one project
- Robust SQL: transactions, isolation levels, query tuning on PostgreSQL/Oracle/MySQL at real data volumes
- Designed and shipped a service from blank page to production; can defend the decisions
- Kafka or equivalent messaging in production; REST API design (OpenAPI-first a plus)
- Testing discipline:



JUnit + integration tests as habit; Docker/Kubernetes deployment familiarity

Nice to have — tie-breakers, not filters

- Payments / billing / subscriptions / telco-BSS domain — anything where a wrong number is an incident
- jOOQ, Flyway, Debezium/CDC, Testcontainers on the CV
- Performance tuning war stories at scale; fluent-and-critical use of AI coding tools
