We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Solar EPC to manage and monitor multiple large-scale Solar EPC projects from the Head Office.

The role will be responsible for overall project planning, progress monitoring, execution governance, cost control, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely completion of projects in line with approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

The candidate will work closely with project/site teams and internal functions including Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, , QA/QC, HSE, to drive effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor multiple Solar EPC projects simultaneously from the Head Office.
- Establish and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, critical activities, and key deliverables.
- Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular project review meetings with site/project teams and drive timely closure of action points.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, Finance, QA/QC, HSE, and Logistics teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, billing, cash flow, and commercial performance in coordination with relevant teams.
- Track procurement, material availability, logistics, and critical equipment requirements to support project timelines.
- Monitor manpower, resources, contractors, and vendor performance across project sites.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on cost, schedule, quality, and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for project-related matters, approvals, and issue resolution.




- Monitor contractual obligations, variations, change orders, claims, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to approved quality, HSE, technical, contractual, and project management standards.
- Review project MIS, dashboards, progress reports, and management presentations and provide timely updates to senior management.
- Support site teams in resolving critical execution and coordination issues.
- Monitor project testing, commissioning, handover, and closure activities.
- Drive standardization, process improvements, and best practices across multiple Solar EPC projects.

- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure projects.
- Experience in managing multiple EPC projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience in project planning, execution monitoring, project controls, commercial coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working from a Head Office/Corporate Office with coordination across multiple project sites will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Solar EPC project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closure.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities across projects.
