Roles and Responsibilities :
- Summarize patient medical records, including diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
- Assist physicians in preparing reports and documents for patients' files.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (EHRs).
- Provide support to pharmacists by summarizing medication lists and adverse event reports.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in a hospital setting or related field.
- Robust understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency in medical coding, medical transcription, or medical scribing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles and practices.
