Vimta Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Reviewer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the thorough analytical data review of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples. You will ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and data integrity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Analytical Data Review: Perform rigorous checking and review of raw data, electronic records, chromatograms, and documentation generated by analysts during testing (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, etc.).
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all laboratory testing and documentation adhere to cGMP, GLP, ALCOA+ data integrity principles, and company SOPs.
- Specifications & Method Verification: Verify that analytical results meet defined product specifications, protocols, and standard analytical methods.




- Incident Management: Identify, log, and participate in investigations of laboratory deviations, Out of Specification (OOS) results, and Out of Trend (OOT) findings.
- Audit Readiness: Maintain audit-ready documentation and support the lab during internal or regulatory inspections (such as USFDA, MHRA, or NABL/FSSAI depending on the division).
- System Maintenance: Review Audit Trails in computerized software (like Empower, Chromeleon, or LIMS) to verify compliance and prevent unauthorized modifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or an equivalent scientific degree.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience or deep understanding of high-end analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, or GC-MS/MS.
- Core Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory guidelines (ICH, WHO, FDA, or FSSAI).
- Sound knowledge of data integrity regulations.
- Strong technical writing capabilities for reviewing protocols and reports.
