We are actively looking for CA Dropouts / CA Inter candidates with hands-on experience in Finance Closing / R2R / General Accounting to join our team.

Ideal Candidate

CA Dropouts / CA Inter candidates with:

- 2-3 years of experience in Finance Closing / R2R

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Ind AS

- Hands-on experience in Month-End & Year-End Closing

- Good understanding of Journal Entries & Account Reconciliations

- Experience in Variance Analysis & Financial Reporting

- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP

- Robust command of Advanced Excel

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Month-End & Year-End Financial Closing activities.

- Prepare and post Journal Entries.

- Perform Account / Balance Sheet Reconciliations.





- Conduct Variance Analysis and investigate deviations.

- Support Financial Statement Finalization.

- Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards & Ind AS.

- Work on SAP and Advanced Excel for finance processes.

Qualification

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- CA Dropouts / CA Inter candidates are strongly preferred.
