Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Application Manager to manage enterprise and pharmaceutical applications, ensuring service stability, lifecycle governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) and service delivery.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, SLAs, and application lifecycle activities.
- Oversee application onboarding, upgrades, maintenance, transition, and retirement.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, change control, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with business, technical, infrastructure, security, quality, and vendor teams.
- Drive service improvements, risk management, automation,



and operational governance.
- Lead major incident management, RCA, and corrective actions.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in Application Support, Application Management, or AMS.
- Solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, middleware, cloud, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and SLA Management.
- Experience in application lifecycle management and technical governance.
- Awareness of Pharma / Life Sciences, GxP, validation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
