Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Consultant with hands-on knowledge of SAP cross modules like FI/PS modules. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate enhancements, and work closely with business users to ensure effective and efficient use of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 SAP support for FI/PS modules.
- Perform issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution in SAP environments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP / BASIS) for system improvements, changes, and fixes.
- Support testing activities including test planning, scripting, and execution.
- Assist in the configuration of SAP modules where necessary.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests following defined SLAs.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specs and process guides.
- Provide end-user training and functional guidance.




- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust knowledge and functional experience with SAP FI/PS modules.
- Minimum 4~6 years of SAP functional support experience (adjust as needed).
- Ability to analyse business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Experience working with integration points across modules.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of SAP tables, transactions, and master data.
- Experience preparing Functional/Technical Specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- BE/BTech/Graduation
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment
- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging is an advantage.
- Experience in Real Estate domain is a plus.
- SAP Certification in any relevant module (Nice-to-have).
