Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end RPA/Intelligent Automation projects from initiation and planning through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including RPA Developers, Business Analysts, QA, SMEs, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, status reports, and project documentation.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource commitments.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, steering committee meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
- Ensure effective communication of project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation, workload, priorities, and project dependencies across multiple automation initiatives.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Work closely with business teams to identify and prioritize suitable automation opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to RPA delivery methodologies, governance standards, security, compliance, and organizational processes.
- Monitor automation delivery metrics and project KPIs and provide regular management reporting.
- Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, production transition, and project closure activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization,



and increased automation benefits.
- Mentor and guide project team members and promote effective collaboration across distributed/remote teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in project/program management.
- Strong experience managing RPA / Robotic Process Automation / Intelligent Automation projects.
- Experience managing complex, enterprise-level technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong understanding of the RPA project lifecycle from process discovery through production deployment and support.
- Positive understanding of one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, and delivery governance skills.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid experience in project reporting, governance, documentation, and executive communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with geographically distributed/remote teams.

Good to Have

- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification.
- RPA platform certification such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience working within an RPA/Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Experience with automation governance, KPI tracking, benefits realization, and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, Process Mining, or GenAI initiatives.
- Experience in large enterprise/global delivery environments.
