Job Summary -

We are looking for an Executive – Key Accounts to manage customer requirements, coordinate Ocean Export shipments, ensure timely shipment execution, provide quotations, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role involves coordination with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, CHA, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely resolution of queries and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities -

- Manage day-to-day requirements of assigned key customer accounts.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, escalations, and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate booking, cargo movement, documentation, and shipment execution.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, CHA, and internal operations teams.
- Provide accurate quotations and timely shipment status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.




- Support customer retention, account growth, and achievement of revenue & GP targets.
- Identify opportunities for additional business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain regular records and updates for assigned accounts.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned manager/team when required.

Experience & Qualification -

- 2–5 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding, Customer Service, Key Accounts, or a similar role.
- Candidates with relevant Logistics/Freight Forwarding courses may also be considered for fresher positions.
- Good communication, coordination, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
