Job Summary

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to analyze and design safe, economical RCC and steel structures for buildings, industrial sheds, and infrastructure projects. You will handle structural calculations, prepare design reports, and coordinate with modeling/drafting teams to ensure code compliance and constructability

Key Responsibilities

1. Structural Design: Perform analysis and design of RCC frames, steel structures, foundations, retaining walls, and PEB systems as per IS codes

2. .Calculations & Reports: Prepare design basis reports, structural calculations, and load calculations for dead, live, wind, and seismic loads.

3. Software Analysis: Model structures in STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SECURE / SAP2000 / Tekla Structural Designer and interpret results.

4. Drawing Review: Check GA drawings,



reinforcement details, structural steel details, and connection designs for accuracy and compliance

5. Code Compliance: Ensure all designs meet IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, and NBC 2016 requirements

6. Value Engineering: Suggest cost-effective and constructible structural solutions without compromising safety.

7. Site Support: Address RFIs, review site NCRs, and provide technical support during execution.

8. Coordination: Work with architects, MEP engineers, BIM modelers, and project managers to resolve clashes and finalize structural systems.Role & responsibilities
