Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in fabrication and erection of structural steel works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring that fabrication and erection work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate structural steel fabrication and erection activities at project sites.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, welders, riggers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure proper execution of steel structures, supports, platforms, beams, columns, and related components.
- Review engineering drawings and provide necessary guidance to the site team for execution.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, measurements, and installation of structural steel components.
- Coordinate with project engineers and other departments to resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and relevant site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and project requirements.
- Identify and report any deviations, delays, or site issues to the concerned management.
- Assist in project inspections,



measurements, and handover activities.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and according to project requirements.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Hands-on experience working at industrial/project sites.
- Good understanding of structural steel fabrication, erection, alignment, and installation.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and site layouts.
- Positive coordination, communication, and site supervision skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely project execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Practical knowledge of fabrication, erection, alignment, and installation of structural steel at project sites.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of basic site safety, quality standards, and project procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and site supervision skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required
