Role & responsibilities

1. Handling of Engineering &Utilities; related Equipments from all the facility.

2. Handling of HVAC.

3. Coordination with team to handle Preventive maintenance, Calibration activities as per schedule.

4. Handling of external vendors during breakdowns, AMC’s etc.

5. Handling of Engineering QMS.

6. Handling of Equipment/Instrument’s during initial, periodic qualification.

7. Giving guidance to the team in terms of Mechanical, Electrical breakdowns.

8. Identification of frequent breakdowns of the equipment’s / Machines and need to give permanent solution.

9. Identification of suppliers, Vendors.

10. Participation & Coordination of project related activities.

11. Service coordination of equipment’s in case of break down.

12. Periodic, On job Training of the Engineering team with respect to the Engineering related activities.

13. Archiving the engineering related documents.

14. To perform any other work related to biomatiq group of companies.

15. Working on process optimisation and modification of existing Machines, Equipment’s as and when required.
