Position: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Educational Qualification

- CA / CMA Final / Inter
- MBA Finance / Accounting & Finance
- Candidates with relevant Internal Audit experience in manufacturing/automobile/EV sector will be preferred.

Experience

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit
- Experience in manufacturing / automobile / EV industry is preferred.
- Candidates having exposure to plant/site audits, process audits, concurrent audits and pre-payment audits will be preferred.

IT & Technical Skills

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to analyse large volumes of financial and operational data.
- Good understanding of accounting,internal controls and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct concurrent/pre-payment audit of expenses, procurement, services, manpower hiring and other payments.
- Verify supporting documents,approvals, PO/contract terms, quantities, rates, taxes and payment conditions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and internal policies before processing of payments.
- Independently conduct process, operational, financial, concurrent and pre-payment audits as per the approved audit plan/calendar.
- Conduct audits covering various functions including Procurement, P2P, Accounts Payable, Stores, Inventory, Production, O2C, Expenses,



Vendor Management, Plant Operations, Customer satisfaction services, Warranty claim management, post sales services etc.
- Review transactions for compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, accounting principles, contractual terms and delegated authorities. Implementation and effectiveness of SOPs and internal controls at plant locations.
- Identify control deficiencies, process gaps, financial leakages and compliance deviations and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Prepare audit working papers, audit observations, reports, various MIS and management summaries.
- Follow up with process owners for corrective action and timely closure of audit observations.
- Periodically verify and reconcile Raw Material, Work-in-Progress, Finished Goods, Stores and other inventories/ Assets.
- Witness critical plant activities and processes to assess adherence to approved procedures and controls.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of the finance and operational processes of a manufacturing unit, with practical exposure to Internal Audit and plant operations.

Experience in EV / Automobile / Auto Components / Engineering / Manufacturing sectors, along with SAP/ERP exposure, will be an added advantage.
