About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT Delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale, complex healthcare technology projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful project outcomes. This role requires expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance, budgeting, and delivery execution across Agile and Waterfall environments.

What You'll Do:

- Define project scope, objectives, delivery roadmap, milestones, dependencies, governance structure, and implementation strategies.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource allocation models, and schedules.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives and business outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, clinical stakeholders, business users, security teams, and operations groups.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive stakeholder communications.
- Manage project financials, forecasts, resource utilization, and budget controls.
- Drive testing, validation, training, deployment, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, approvals, status reports, lessons learned, and audit-ready records.




- Mentor project teams and junior project managers to improve delivery excellence and project management maturity.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service quality.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 15+ years of experience in Project Management with significant exposure to Healthcare IT programs and initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale healthcare technology projects and digital transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management across executive leadership, business units, clinical teams, and technology organizations.
- Robust risk, issue, dependency, and change management capabilities.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, and distributed project teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, patient data management, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
- Experience in driving organizational change, process improvements,



and project management best practices.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery excellence.
