Key Requirements
Solid experience in Mumbai/MMR Real Estate
Exposure to Pune Real Estate will be an advantage
Proven experience in land acquisition, redevelopment, SRA, MHADA and/or Government land transactions
Good working knowledge of DCPR 2034, including FSI, TDR, redevelopment, rehabilitation FSI, premiums and reservations
Strong network with landowners, societies, developers, Government authorities, consultants, architects, lawyers and other stakeholders
Strong commercial, negotiation and transaction-closure skills
Experience with a real estate developer preferred
Ability to originate opportunities and drive transactions from identification to closure
