GVPR Engineers Limited is looking for experienced professionals to join our Smart Metering / RDSS Project in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

- Finalize SAT-eligible System & Consumer Meters as per approved SAT parameters.
- Conduct Dry Runs as per SAT parameters and ensure all required compliances.
- Coordinate and successfully complete SAT in front of DISCOM/PMA and obtain acceptance sign-off.
- Monitor WFM and MDM to ensure physical meter installations match system device inventory.
- Reconcile device details between field data, WFM and MDM/MDMS systems and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with DISCOM and TCS teams to ensure CRM-approved meters are integrated and synced with MDMS.
- Track and resolve non-commissioned / unsynced meters and ensure accurate data ingestion.
- Maintain complete IT / Smart Metering Master Data and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with HES, MDMS, WFM, MDM,



CRM and field teams for end-to-end meter commissioning and system integration.
- Prepare MIS and reports related to meter installation, commissioning, SAT and data quality.

Key Skills Required

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:

HES – Head-End System

MDMS – Meter Data Management System

AMI – Advanced Metering Infrastructure

RDSS – Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme

SAT – Site Acceptance Testing

Smart Metering & Meter Commissioning

WFM / MDM / CRM Integration

Device Inventory & Master Data Management

Data Reconciliation & System Integration

Candidate Profile

- 9–13 years of relevant experience in Smart Metering / AMI / Power Distribution IT projects.
- Experience in SAT preparation, Dry Runs, SAT execution and DISCOM/PMA acceptance.
- Robust exposure to HES, MDMS and AMI environments.
- Experience in RDSS Smart Metering projects will be preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
