We are looking for a skilled Senior Engineer Production with 4 to 9 years of experience in HVAC, assembly line operations, and production management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in daily work management and production MIS preparation. This position is based in Blue Star Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.

- Analyze production data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards.

- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in production management or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, assembly line operations, and production management principles.
