Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through voice or non-voice channels.

For voice processes, manage inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and resolve customer concerns.

For non-voice processes, handle customer queries through email, chat, or other written communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or processes.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer-service targets.

Work effectively with team members and support overall process objectives.

Key Skills Required:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good command of English, particularly for international customer interaction.

Customer-service orientation and a professional attitude.





Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/internet applications.

Ability to type accurately and efficiently for non-voice processes.

Ability to understand and follow process guidelines.

Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced BPO environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

UG freshers are eligible to apply.

Candidates from any graduation background can apply.

Candidates with prior BPO/customer-service experience can also apply.

Candidates should have good English communication skills.

Candidates should be comfortable working with international customers.

Candidates willing to work in rotational/night shifts will be preferred.

Candidates should be customer-focused, adaptable, and willing to learn.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period can be preferred.

Compensation

Fresher Salary: Starting from 18,000 in-hand/month

Maximum Salary: Up to 25,000 in-hand/month, depending on experience, skills, and process eligibility.

Hiring for both International Voice and Non-Voice processes.
