Job Specification for HR Professional (Recruitment)
Smart Graduates / Post-Graduates with 1-4 years of experience along with minimum 6 months experience into recruitments.
Excellent communication skills.
Should have experience of using job portals.
Person will be responsible for end to end recruitments, sourcing & screening of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews.
Coordination with respective Business Manager for manpower requirements and interview scheduling.
On boarding of employees.
Female candidates ONLY
Job Timings: 10 AM - 6.30 PM, Monday - Saturday Working
