Preferred Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations / Employee Relations
- Female candidates preferred
- Experience in Power / Manufacturing / Industrial environments preferred
- Positive knowledge of attendance, manpower management & HR MIS
- Strong coordination and communication skills
