Key Responsibilities :

- Provide timely and accurate HR administrative support to employees, retirees, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage employee records and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, benefits administration, mobility support, and offboarding activities.
- Handle employee enquiries through case management and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business units to deliver services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and HR service excellence projects.




- Contribute to digital transformation and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Aviation, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or a similar employee support workplace.
- Experience with case management systems, HR ticketing platforms, customer service support, or quality assurance processes will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
