Job Description
- Hands-on experience in network technologies, including Cisco product configuration

- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols and technologies

- AWS associate architect-level knowledge (certification preferred)

- Experience with application monitoring tools, or a willingness to work in such an setting

- Basic understanding of visualisation tools such as Grafana and Prometheus

- Experience in monitoring setup and instrumentation using Grafana

- Associate-level experience in Linux or Windows administration

- Ability to make quick, sound decisions in challenging situations

- Continuous learning and development mindset

- Fluent English, both spoken and writtenPlease note: this role involves 12-hour shift work to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.

Roles Responsibilities
- Experience with firewalls and load balancers, e.g. Cisco, FortiGate,



Illumio (virtual firewall technology), NetScaler or AVI

- Relevant IT or network certifications, e.g. CCNA

- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios or Sensu

- Experience in monitoring setup and instrumentation using Checkly

- Ability to remotely connect to and perform maintenance checks on Windows and Linux servers
