Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.

- Develop and execute strategies to meet targets set by the company's management team.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in insurance sales or BFSI sales (direct channel preferred).

- Robust understanding of life insurance products and services offered by various companies.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
