We are seeking an experienced Freelance Bench Sales IT Recruiter to partner with us on a profit-sharing, recurring commission basis. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor and client relationships in the U.S. IT staffing market and proven experience marketing bench consultants for contract opportunities nationwide. Our focus is on connecting top-tier IT consultants (W2, C2C, H-1B, GC, OPT, CPT) with prime vendors and direct clients across the U.S.

This is a long-term, recurring partnership prospect ideal for a self-motivated recruiter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place bench consultants (W2 / C2C / H-1B / OPT / CPT) with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners, clients, and hiring managers to generate contract opportunities.
- Submit consultants for suitable roles, coordinate interviews, and negotiate rates.
- Follow up on client submissions, track interview feedback, and ensure successful onboarding
- Maintain an active pipeline of client requirements and matching consultants.
- Provide weekly activity reports and updates on submissions, interviews,



and placements.
- Work closely with our internal team to align on strategy, billing, and compliance processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting / Marketing.
- Proven track record of placing consultants with prime vendors or direct clients.
- Strong understanding of US work visa classifications (H-1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple consultants at once.
- Access to job portals, vendor databases, or established client relationships is a plus.
- Must be self-driven, result-oriented, and eager to grow income through recurring commissions.

Compensation Structure

- Pure Commission / Profit-Sharing Model (no fixed salary).
- Earn a percentage of the profit margin on each successful placement.
- Recurring commission payments continue for the duration of the consultants project (subject to client billing).
