Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our Real Estate company. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements, cash books, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related accounting work.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and clients whenever required.
- Maintain records related to property/project expenses, purchases, sales, and payments.




- Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all accounting entries.
- Handle accounting software such as Tally, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Real estate/construction industry experience will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, and basic taxation.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and financial discipline.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
