Role & responsibilities
A Star Garment export house requires for their Okhla Phase-2,Delhi, Factories HR Manager and Executive.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking HR Manager and HR Executive. The candidate having minimum experience of 10 to 15 years plus in garment industry only, having knowledge of labour laws ,statutory compliance , buyer audit and Factory compliance of garment export industry , having knowledge of recruitment , manpower planning , payroll management ,employee health & safety operation ,Training & development and factory establishment.
Skil & Requirement
Excellent communication skill, 10 to 15 years experience in garment export industry only.
Qualification minimum graduate , Age group 35 to 45 years plus.
Man power handling more than 1000 employee.
