Location of Candidate - Pune, Ahmednagar, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Satara,Sangli

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems for manufacturing operations.
- Working knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC), Production Orders, Work Orders, BOM, Routing, and Shop Floor processes.
- Ability to manage and monitor inventory, raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and material consumption through ERP.
- Experience in MRP, material planning, purchase requirements, stock monitoring, and production scheduling.
- Knowledge of ERP-based machine capacity planning and production tracking.
- Ability to generate and analyze MIS reports, production reports, inventory reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Experience in ERP master-data management, including Item Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centre, and process parameters.
- Understanding of ERP integration between Sales, Purchase, Stores, PPC, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch.
- Ability to identify ERP process gaps and coordinate with the ERP/IT team for system improvements.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and ERP reporting.
- Experience with ERP implementation, process improvement, or user training will be an added advantage.

Desired profile:

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic manufacturing processes, equipment, and components.
- Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and shop-floor operations.
- Strong understanding of quality control, process improvement, and root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement techniques.




- Strong skills in manpower planning, team leadership, and performance management.
- Experience in ERP/MRP systems, including production orders, BOM, routing, inventory, WIP, and material planning.
- Good knowledge of production KPIs such as OEE, productivity, rejection, rework, downtime, and on-time delivery.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with PPC, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, and Dispatch.
- Good knowledge of inventory and material management.
- Solid focus on cost reduction, productivity improvement, and waste reduction.
- Good understanding of industrial safety and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP-based MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production and delivery targets.
- Experience in managing production teams, supervisors, engineers, operators, and technicians.
- Strong understanding of production planning, capacity utilization, manpower planning, and delivery management.
- Experience in ERP/MRP-based manufacturing operations and MIS reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, OEE, quality, delivery performance, and manufacturing cost.
