- Press machine maintenance /Installation (Single Crank press, double crank press, Crank less press, Transfer press, Blanking line, and press)
- Programming & Trouble shooting PLC-HMI creation and modification of logics /Screens whenever required also keeping the backup copy at assigned common location,
- Maintenance Servo motors and servo drives
- Installation/ Maintenance VFD, Encoder, VVVF, HMI Touch screen
- Maintenance of EOT cranes and hoists /Arrange major planned maintenance through AMC with authorized company /maker,
- Handling scarp conveyor, belt conveyor
- Maintain of All machine Documents Related General spares, Critical Spares & History of machine Records.
Preferred candidate profile
Maintenance Junior Engineer with a ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and hands-on internship experience in plant machinery upkeep. Adept at assisting with preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting basic equipment faults, and maintaining site logs. Eager to contribute to operational uptime and safety compliance at a rapid-paced engineering plant.
