Key responsibilities include:
- Writing code and analyzing data to contribute to the design and implementation of software.
- Managing junior developers and overseeing BPM and workflow-related projects.
- Utilizing BPM analytics to measure process performance and recommend changes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to map and document optimized workflows.
- Maintaining technical documentation for BPM applications and integrations.
- Ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
