Mahagun Group is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer with 6+ years of experience in residential real estate / high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, project controls, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, baseline programs, and WBS using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays, critical activities, and schedule slippages.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports / MIS.
- Develop look-ahead schedules and monitor project milestones.
- Prepare and track S-Curves, progress curves, manpower plans, and productivity reports.
- Identify project constraints, risks, and delays and coordinate with execution teams for corrective actions.
- Prepare recovery / catch-up plans for delayed activities.
- Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Procurement, Design, Contracts, Consultants, and Contractors to achieve project timelines.
- Track construction activities including structure, finishing, MEP,



external development, and handover activities.
- Review and update contractor/subcontractor schedules and monitor schedule compliance.
- Support project management with forecasting, completion projections, delay analysis, and management dashboards.
- Conduct progress review meetings and maintain action trackers.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 6+ years of experience in Planning / Project Controls.
- Robust experience in residential real estate / high-rise building projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CPM, WBS, baseline scheduling, critical path, resource planning, progress measurement, and delay analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Candidates from reputed Real Estate Developers / Construction / EPC companies will be preferred.
