Role & responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process insurance claims submitted by clients.
- Liaise with insurance companies to follow up on claim approvals and settlements.
- Ensure claims are processed accurately, in compliance with policy terms and company guidelines
- Maintain explicit and timely communication with clients regarding the status of their claims
- .Assist clients in completing claim forms and providing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims.
- Maintain organized records of all claims and prepare periodic reports. Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims as per company policy
- .Stay updated on insurance regulations and company policies relevant to claims processing.
