- 5+ years of experience in performance testing
- Expert-level hands-on experience with JMeter.
- Strong understanding of performance testing types: load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability.
- Experience with profiling tools and APMs (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus).
- Solid understanding of API testing, network protocols (HTTP/S), and web technologies.
- Robust analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret performance data and logs.
- Proficiency in scripting (Groovy, Shell, Python) and automation.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
