Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day activities on the sales floor.
- Lead, guide, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Allocate staff duties and ensure proper floor coverage.
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and support the sales team in closing sales.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales-related reports.
- Track individual employee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and overall showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager regarding sales, staffing, and operational requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and sales processes are followed.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct regular team briefings regarding targets, offers, products, and customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth branch operations.




- Support stock-related activities and ensure products are handled according to company procedures.
- Monitor competitors, customer feedback, and market trends where required.
- Ensure a safe, qualified, and customer-friendly environment on the showroom floor.
