Role & responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Ability to work in a continually challenging environment
- Knowledge of MS Office Excel (creating basic formulas and doing basic tracking - building reports), PowerPoint & Word
- Good analytical skills
- Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
- Attention to detail
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Aware of QC tools such as Pareto analysis, Fish bone analysis, Control charts etc.
- Has been part of continual improvement projects using Kaizen, Lean etc.
- Subject matter expertise Navigation ( Preferred)
