Primary Responsibilities:

- Design and develop AI solutions leveraging traditional Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI technologies
- Build applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures
- Develop and optimize NLP solutions for text classification, summarization, information extraction, semantic search, and conversational AI use cases
- Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune foundation models using industry-standard frameworks and performance metrics
- Implement Responsible AI principles, ensuring solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, explain ability, and reliability
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

- Master''s degree in computer science, Engineering,



Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics, with 8+ years in AI/ML engineering or related fields and the last 3+ years focused on Generative AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and fine-tuning
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices including Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience in AI and driving the development of creative AI and machine learning solutions
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for data analysis and AI/ML development
