Purpose of the Role

To manage and supervise site installation activities for Doors, Frames, Architectural Hardware, Cubicles, Lockers, and allied products, ensuring quality execution, timely completion, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and achievement of billing targets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

- Supervise installation activities at project sites as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project management teams.
- Ensure site readiness before material dispatch and installation commencement.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within committed timelines.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide practical execution solutions.

Installation Management

- Manage installation of:
- Doors & Frames
- Residential Doors
- Cubicles & Lockers
- Architectural Hardware
- Accessories and allied products

- Ensure installation quality as per Greenlam standards.
- Conduct final inspections and snag closure before handover.

Vendor & Manpower Management

- Coordinate with installation vendors, carpenters, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment at sites.
- Track productivity and daily work progress.
- Verify vendor bills, measurements, and work completion status.

Customer Coordination

- Attend customer meetings and site review discussions.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Obtain site handover and work completion certificates.

Billing & Documentation

- Support billing activities and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Prepare and submit:
- DPR (Daily Progress Reports)
- WPR (Weekly Progress Reports)
- Site Visit Reports
- Installation Completion Reports
- Material Consumption Reports

- Maintain project records and photographs.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all safety requirements at site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Coordinate with safety officers and client EHS teams.
- Ensure usage of PPE by all manpower.

Inventory & Material Control

- Monitor material availability at site.
- Verify material receipts and report shortages/damages.
- Prevent material wastage and stock losses.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for movement of materials.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Project completion within target timelines.
- Installation quality and snag-free handover.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Billing achievement against targets.
- Reduction in rework and complaints.
- Vendor productivity and manpower utilization.
- Timely submission of DPR/WPR.
- Safety compliance and zero major incidents.
