About the Roles:

Join us to support key US healthcare revenue cycle functions, including claim appeals, patient billing, payment follow-up, denial resolution, and account management.

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

AR Appeals Executive:

- Prepare and submit appeals for denied and underpaid claims.
- Review denial reasons, EOBs, medical records, and payer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documentation.
- Follow up with insurance payers and track appeal status.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of appeals.

Patient Statement Executive:

- Review and process patient statements for outstanding balances.
- Handle patient account inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and account issues.
- Coordinate with billing and AR teams for account corrections.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on outstanding balances.

AR Executive:

- Follow up with insurance payers on unpaid and denied claims.
- Investigate denials, underpayments, and claim discrepancies.
- Review EOBs, denial codes, and claim status.




- Contact payers through calls and portals for claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate account notes and meet assigned productivity and collection targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication skills with a neutral English accent.
- Good knowledge of US healthcare terminology and medical billing.
- Understanding of CPT, ICD codes, EOBs, denials, and claim processing.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
- Experience with payer portals and EHR/RCM systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
